Working on prestigious cladding
and glazing projects nationwide, you'll be responsible for leading site
operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the
highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will
include:
• Supervising day-to-day
cladding and glazing installation works
• Ensuring works are carried out
in strict accordance with approved RAMS and Safe Systems of Work
• Promoting a positive Health
& Safety culture on site
• Monitoring programme progress
and maintaining productivity
• Carrying out Quality Assurance
inspections and completing sign-off documentation
• Coordinating labour, plant,
materials and site logistics
• Acting as the link between the
Project Manager, client representatives and installation teams
• Producing accurate site
records, daily reports and weekly "Friday Pack" documentation
• Supporting both working and
non-working supervisory roles, depending on project requirements
Essential Requirements
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• 3-Day First Aid at Work
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Cladding,
Curtain Walling or a related facade discipline
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent spoken and written
English
• Based in or around London
• Willing to travel and work on projects across the UK
• Lifting operations certs will be taken in consideration as extra
